Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and available on your account or with a store credit gift card.

Sale items & Jewelry (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Jewelry items unless exchanged for another size, such as Ronaldo, are ineligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items needing exchanged for a new size can be shipped back to exchange or returned in store. Items received that are defective or damaged can be exchanged for store credit or a new item, if in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
